About Us
Strata Maintenance Australia looks after the common property of strata buildings across Sydney. Cleaning, gardens, pressure washing, bird proofing, bins and the small repairs that build up between inspections.
We started out doing pressure washing and bird proofing for strata managers, and kept getting asked if we could handle the rest of the site as well. So now we do. One team, one point of contact and one invoice for everything outside and in the common areas that doesn’t need a licensed trade.
We work around residents, send a photo report after every visit, and flag anything that needs a plumber, electrician or other trade straight back to the strata manager.
